By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Services

  • Handmade Nature: All of our press-on nails are handcrafted. Please understand that slight variations in color, placement of charms, or pattern may occur compared to the product photos.

  • Display Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Limited Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Sizing Liability

Accuracy of Measurements: At On & Off Nails, we provide detailed sizing guides to help you choose the correct fit.

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their nail measurements are accurate before ordering.

  • We are not responsible for sets that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up and gently filing the sides for a custom fit.

4. Personal Use Only

By purchasing from us, you agree that the products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our designs or products for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to nail designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of On & Off Nails and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Returns and Refunds 

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect sizing.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. 

8. Limitation of Liability

On & Off Nails shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damage to natural nails resulting from the use or misuse of our products, adhesives, or removal processes. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the application and removal instructions provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
