Refund Policy

At On & Off Nails, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-designed press-on nails. Because our products are personal care items and often made-to-order, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are FINAL.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. It is the customer's responsibility to use our sizing guide or purchase a Sizing Kit before ordering.

2. Damages and Issues

We want you to love your set! Please inspect your order upon reception. You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, shape, or design than what was ordered).

How to report an issue: Contact us at info@onandoffnails.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the original packaging.

3. Cancellations

  • Ready-to-Ship Sets: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Sets: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we have already begun the labor-intensive process of creating your custom set, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a defect or error on our part, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

On & Off Nails is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or contacting the carrier directly for any delivery disputes.
