Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing On & Off Nails! We are excited to get your press-on nails sets to you. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time (Creation Phase)

Since many of our press-on nails are handcrafted or made-to-order, please note the distinction between processing time and shipping time:

  • Ready-to-Ship Sets: Processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Sets: Require 7–14 business days for design and creation.

  • Note: Processing times may extend during holiday seasons or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping 2-5 Business Days

International Shipping 10–21 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware that:

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees incurred at the destination country.

  • Customs Delays: We cannot control delays caused by your local customs office.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the order.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain express shipping methods.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If your nails arrive damaged during transit, please contact us at info@onandoffnails.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
